This is an unusual, tall iridescent blown art glass perfume bottle by the well-known Art Noveau decorator studio of Muller Freres. This piece measures approx. 12" tall, 2-3/4" across.

In Germany, circa 1871, members of the Muller family apprenticed under Emile Galle. Shortly afterwards, Mueller Freres and his family set up an art glass studio. The firm was one of the most respected names during the Art Nouveau period. The studio was known for their highly detailed pieces which sometimes comprised many layers of colored glass.
